Branding Identity
Wholeness Within is a women-led retreat brand offering deeply transformative healing experiences through traditional Ayahuasca ceremonies. Rooted in the ancient practices of the Peruvian Amazon, the brand provides a safe, supportive space for women to explore their inner world, release emotional burdens, and reconnect with their authentic selves. Each ceremony is held in an intimate, all-female environment to ensure emotional safety, trust, and a sense of community—making the experience especially welcoming for women who may feel vulnerable in mixed settings.
What sets Wholeness Within apart is its focus on safe, guided healing. The journey doesn't start or end with the ceremony alone—it includes open communication, personal support, and a deep respect for the spiritual power of the plants. Whether participants are new to plant medicine or already familiar with this path, the retreat offers a grounded, empowering space to process, grow, and step into a more aligned version of themselves.


Design Solution
Logo Design
To reflect the brand’s essence, I created a logo featuring the profile of an elegant, serene woman, paired with subtle sun and moon elements. This symbol represents transformation, femininity, and inner peace. The style is luxurious yet handmade, using a delicate line art aesthetic to honor both the spiritual and grounded aspects of the experience.
The logo system includes multiple variations: a primary logo with and without the slogan, a wordmark, a circular logo for social and small-scale use, and a minimal symbol for compact spaces. Each version ensures consistent brand recognition across formats.
Color Palette
The color palette—featuring jungle green, light green, ivory, deep earth, brown, and pastel yellow—evokes nature, warmth, and tranquility. These hues were chosen to create a welcoming and earthy yet elevated feeling across all touchpoints.
Typography
Typography combines the elegant Quincity serif for headlines with Calibri for body copy, maintaining both sophistication and readability. The typeface selection reflects the brand’s grounded yet premium tone.
Brand Elements & Pattern
Custom brand elements such as the Ayahuasca plant, cup, deep ocean, sun, moon, and the female figure are integrated into a line-style brand pattern. These illustrations give the brand a strong visual identity while adding depth and storytelling opportunities.
Overall Aesthetic & Brand Application
The final brand is soft, spiritual, and elegant. It balances organic textures with refined design choices to communicate trust, healing, and transformation. The visual system works seamlessly across print and digital materials, including packaging, stationery, social media, and merchandise—creating a timeless and cohesive brand experience that speaks directly to its audience.
